Blog 8: English Language Challenges

Hi everyone in this last blog uwu

Well, I think that my experience learning english at university are been pretty good. This it's my second time in english and even with this context i think was better that the first time, because the teacher always helped to us in class writting on the chat the unknown words and correcting the pronunciation, also i think that the videos and texts that we read on class was so much better that was on my first english, and that makes the learning more easy and fun. With respect at the use of the blogs, i believe that it's a good tool for learning, because it's something very diverse, for example in one blog you could write about a video that you watched and just with that exercise you'rell be reinforzing your writing, listening, reading and of course your vocabulary.

I think that i need improve my writing and reading, because since i was child i watched so much movies, series, and i listened music and all that always in english, so i believe that my pronunciation it's not so bad because i 've developed a good ear, obviously it's something that requires so much practice but i know that don't gonna be a problem, because i like the english very much. But in what a writing and reading refers, i've never practiced to much before, so i really need reforze that. I probably going to practice with subtitles on english for read and learn how some words write and how the times use, because that it's also something that i don't know very well and it's really important for learn a lenguage. Also reading books or some texts in english and writing things.

How i said before, i always liked the english, so i always felt very close to. Everything that i watch something like movies or series, i saw on english -or in the original lenguage of the program-. And I normally try to talk alone in english lol it's more like think in english i guess, because i makes dialogues on my mind and repeat out loud for better my pronunciation. I also talk english in some ocasions with my niece, her girlfriend and a friend because they three studies Pedagogy on english, so when i have doubts of some word or how say something, i ask them and when we meet, we talk in english like kidding or playing because it's fun for us and also very practice!

Blog 7: Music

Hi, today i'm going to talk about: Music!

The truely it's that i don't have any favorite group or singer now:(

I really love the music but i'm so diverse about this, because one day i'm listen a song and if it like to me i listen so much and then pass the days and i'm boring with that song and i don't listen anymore in a very long time, and all the time it's like that lol 

But when i was more child, i loved with my life One Direction, this was the last band that i considered like my favorite, i loved to the five boys of this band, and i loved their music, their songs, their letters, everything, i knew everything about all of them, their seccond names, their mama's name, their favorite color and a million more of things. My favorite song of One Direction was "Taken", the song was about a tragic and toxic love, yes, i was a teenager with love problems and i loved listen music that always make me feel more sad and lonely lol 

I actually don't have a favorite genre of music, for the same reason that i said before. I most like the feeling when i listen music, what the songs can produce on me, but if i had to mention a genre i think that i said that the indie, pop music, trap, and i love the folklore music, especially the floklore of chilean and the popular singers like Victor Jara and Violeta Parra, for the message that they transmit with their music. 

I think that music it's really important because with it you can exprese yourself and i believe that everybody should be listen more music and just let it be with this.

Blog 6: Postgraduate Studies

Hi everyone!
Today I would like to tell you about something i would like to study in the future.

Once i finish my studies in Psychology, i would like to do some course about vegan gastronomy, i have always liked to cook and eat a lot lol and when i became a vegan there were many foods, cakes, sweets that i stopped eating because they were made with some ingredient of animal origin, That's why i like the idea of doing a course and so, to be able to know products, techniques and more things about something so important and interesting for me as food is and also i love to be able to learn how to make foods that i like without the need to harm another living being, only with ingredients of vegetable origin. 

In addition i would like to study about Chinese medicine or other types of alternative therapies, i have always felt very intrigued by knowing a medicine that is closer to nature and human beings, so that we do not have to consume so many pills and have the knowledge of how to heal certain pains only with herbs or other types of plants or natural remedies.

If I had the opportunity to study again, i would like to do it abroad, in order to have bigger notions as far as the content, a bigger variety than what exists in Chile at the moment to be educated, perhaps in some institute or short but presential courses, because the idea of learning by Internet i do not like so much, i mean that to do the things by means of a computer or a telephone turns everything more impersonal and uncomfortable for me.

Blog 5: My future job

Since i was a child, i always liked the idea of studying psychology. I liked watching programs where they made criminal profiles such as Criminal Minds, The Mentalist or Csi. I always felt very intrigued by the mind and the importance of this when it came to relating to the world.

I think that if i had not chosen psychology, i would have liked to study theater or something related to singing, because these two thing, along with psychology, was what i most fantasized about as a child. I was in many theater workshops, both at school and outside of it. And I also participated in the school choir, where i sang the loudest voice, the Soprano. And i did folk singing in an alternative educational center.

If I think about it now, with everything that is happening, I like the idea of ​​working as an actress more and more, because the more i think about it, i feel that it's what i really want to do, because working on that, i think that i can be whatever i want, acting it's something very diverse and it always changes and evolves. And i love the way that cinema shows the public different realities, cultures, etc. I also love the idea of ​​being part of a creation, a different world that only exists in the movie, but it's so versatile. And with this job I can be in so many places, be so many people. It is like escaping a bit from the real world to be part of something else, something that has a meaning, a message that is for the real world, so everything is important, because everything is closely connected.

And, of course, if i being an actress  would earn a good salary and thanks to that i traveling a lot, because i love travel!

Blog 4: Pets

Hi to everyone, today i'm going to talk about my pets.

I has one dog and two cats.

The first in arrive to home was Samanta, one of my cats. 

My family and i, adopted to Samy because she was in a house with so much animals and she was just a month, she can't eat, drink milk, play, so forth. The other animals was more big and they don´t let she do all this things. When she arrived to my home, she was malnourished and dirty, they had never cleaned it or anything like that. 

Five years later, arrived Luna, my other cat.

She was amazing, always climbing the armchairs, the walls, climbed on the furniture, she put on places and then could not leave lol. 

Seven months later, my mom and me adopted to my dog, Katana, we adpot her at the fair. She is the most beautiful dog in the world! sleep with me every day and she always want play with her toys and be to your side. 

The thing that i most love of my pets are their eyes, their look. The way how they look at me and connect with me, and express to me what they want, or if they feel bad, with hungry, etc. 

Blog 3: Favorite serie or movie

Hi, today i'm going to write about my favorite serie: The walking dead.

The walking dead started on october in 2010. Being honest, when i saw the publicity on tv, i always think that the serie was boring. For years my parents and my brother saw it, but i never interesting to me. I thought it was a silly serie, because the plot was not new at all!

One day, was all my family in home, and we wanted watch something together and they, my parents and brother asked to us if we can see the walking dead, because theyd was delayed in some chapters. My sister and me didn’t want, but we aceppt just if we watched since the beggin. So, we did!
The hours happened, and the chapters too lol and we pass all the weekend watching the walking dead, it was like an adiction.

Since that day, i love the serie, i love the characters, everything. I really like the plot of this series because, it's not just about zombies, the characters change over time and evolve. The Walking Dead has ten seasons and now i'm waiting for more!

How i like the serie so much one time for halloween i disguise myself as Rosita, a character really strong and important of TWD. I put on green-brown pants, a brown t-shirt and a jacket identical to hers, which belonged to my sister, I also put on a weapon carrier with my brother's BB gun. lol

Blog 2: The best vacation ever

My best vacation was in February 2019, when i went to backpack with my niece, Natacha, and her girlfriend, Constanza.

It was totally an adventure, we didn't have that much money and in the course of the trip we adopted a little cat that we called "Ron". We were traveling for a month throughout southern Chile, the first place we went is the English park in the 7 cups, we also visited Temuco, Valdivia, Pucon, Villarrica, Puerto Montt, Chiloé, and other smaller and unknown places, like islands that were far from everything, without any contamination of any kind, just nature and the three of us.

We did an infinite number of things because we spent a lot of time traveling and living, but i remember when we slept at the shore of a waterfall in a town called Gorbea, which is near Temuco. It was Constanza's birthday and we made "completos" to celebrate, and then we played cards while drinking beer inside the carp. The next day we decided to jump into the waterfall, we spent a lot of time of the day trying, but being there we were scared lol But we did it! and it was wooooooooooow

Everyone should have that experience!


Of all the vacations i've ever had, this was the best because it was always my dream to travel that way, with that freedom.It was a very rewarding experience and it made me grow a lot, every day was a learning one, because every day we had to make decisions about where to go, how to go, we didn't know where we would sleep at night, or how we would get to where we wanted to go, we just had the desire to travel. We confront to face good, bad, complex situations, but all that helped us grow and heal like individuals person and in our relation ship with my two partners travel.

Blog 1: A country I would like to visit

I always loved the idea of ​​travel, i would really like travel all the world, but if i think on a specific place, i choose Mexico. I don't know so much about mexico, its history or culture, but i was always felt so attracted to this country. One of my dreams is to get to know the aztec pyramids and go to Frida Kahlo´s blue house, a museum in where it´s all her work and where she lived when she was a child. She was always being a big exponent for me and i admire her a lot, she it´s one of the reason for i will like it going to Mexico in some moment.

I am also very struck by what they do for the day of the dead, they prepare meals and decorations, they make a celebration because it is the day that their dead visit them and they can be together, I´ve never liked how it is celebrated here in Chile the day of the dead for that I would like someday to be in Mexico by that date.

Regarding studying, who knows, I really don't think I will go back to study at a university again. But the truth is that I would like to stay for a while there, so I suppose that's what I have to work for there lol
